Read the activity list
Click Activity in the menu. Changes are grouped under Today, Yesterday, and then by date. Each line gives the time, what happened (added, edited, or removed), and the record, for example: 3:41 PM edited Load #2510 — Johnson Farms.
- Click the record’s name to open it. A haul-out opens the customer’s page.
- On edits, the line underneath shows what changed, old value to new, such as Moisture: 18.9 → 19.4.
- The tag on the right says where the change came from: This computer, Website, Customer portal, Terminal plus four characters for the scale house terminal, or the email address of the person logged in.
- Click Show more at the bottom for older changes.
Settle a Needs review item
If two machines change the same record before either one sees the other’s change (say someone edits a moisture reading on the website while the scale house edits the same load), both versions are kept and you decide. A red count appears next to Activity in the menu, and a Needs review panel sits at the top of the Activity page.
- Click Activity.
- In Needs review, read the message for the record. It says whether the record was changed on two machines, removed on one, or closed on the other machine first.
- Compare the This computer and Other machine columns. If not every difference fits, click Open record to see the whole record.
- Click Keep this computer’s values or Use the other machine’s values.
The item leaves the panel and the count next to Activity goes down. Both machines end up with the values you picked.
Common problems
- Only Use the other machine’s values is offered. The load was closed on the other machine before this change reached it. Closed loads can’t be changed, so use the other machine’s values so both agree. If those values are wrong, reopen the delivery and fix it.
- No buttons on an item. Some records can’t be settled from this panel. Click Open record and review it there.
- “This record no longer exists here.” It was removed in the meantime. The item clears on its own shortly.
Check Activity at the end of a busy day. A count next to it means two machines disagree and the record needs a decision from you.
